Olive+ is our proactive care engine, developed to offer you a holistic view of the health and wellbeing of your staff. From giving personalised guidance towards reaching fitness goals to detecting health issues and providing support whenever your staff need it.

 
We want to play a new proactive role and to become a partner that supports you every day. This is our holistic approach, which looks at the entire healthcare journey.
 
By gathering data from our digital services, claims history and on-site health assessments, we are able to provide you with accurate information on the overall health status of your group and tailored action plans.
Breakdown of claims history of your group by condition (incl. trends), country and cost per claim. Our focus will be based on addressing the top diseases of your group and the countries where they take place.
Anonymised analysis of health risks based on country, age, gender, health behaviours and biometric data. All collected through our digital services.
We’ll benchmark the claims history of your group with external institutional bodies, such as the World Health Organization to help you understand the comparative health status of your group.
Our Health and Wellness hub and HealthSteps app have been designed to give personalised guidance and to help members reach their health and fitness goals. By connecting to smart phones, wearable devices and other apps, HealthSteps monitors the number of steps taken, calories burned, sleep schedule and more.

Pre-assignment Coaching

 

The Pre-assignment Coaching program is designed to help your employees to anticipate and plan for challenges that they and their family may face when living and working abroad.

The service can be used prior to departure, during the assignment or on return (within the 3 months period both before and after assignment). It is provided through an online secured web-portal which includes articles, blogs, webinars and self-evaluations. Video coaching sessions (40 minutes) are delivered on an appointment basis, through a network of professional certified counsellors in more than 50 languages and cultures, subject to geographical restrictions and local regulations.



** The Pre-assignment Video Coaching service is provided by a third party provider (Eutelmed SAS) and made available to you subject to your acceptance of the terms and conditions of Eutelmed SAS as they appear on the Eutelmed SAS website.
