The Expat Assistance Programme (EAP) gives you access to counselling support for mental health care and other areas of your personal and professional life, including legal and financial counselling, child and elder care and more.

With our Expat Assistance Programme, expats and their dependents can be reassured that no matter what life throws at you, you can get support.


Our wellbeing platform provides a variety of EAP support services, such as: 

Access expat support from a clinical counsellor through phone, video, or face-to-face sessions.
Whether it’s help buying a home, handling a legal dispute or creating a comprehensive financial plan, we will refer you to a third-party advisor who can help answer your questions and reach your goals.

If you are already an Allianz customer, you should have received your login details. If you haven't received them, please email at [email protected] or contact your HR/Benefits department, if your policy is provided by your employer.
