By consulting reputable healthcare providers and utilizing our pre-authorization process, you help ensure that you receive the right treatment, while also supporting your employer in managing healthcare costs effectively. 

We encourage you to take the following steps:



1. Use the Provider finder:  

We provide an international directory of pre-screened hospitals, doctors, and healthcare practitioners. These providers are part of our trusted network, ensuring that you receive high-quality care. You can easily access this service via the MyHeath digital services.



2. Use the Pre-Authorisation Process:

Before receiving treatment, please ensure that you use our pre-authorisation process. This helps us assess your case, arrange hospital preparations, and facilitate direct payment, ensuring you receive the right care without unnecessary costs. Simply follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Confirm that your Table of Benefit covers the treatment you're seeking. 
  • Step 2: Download and complete the Pre-authorisation Form.
  • Step 3: Submit the form to us at least five working days before your treatment. 


3. Seek a Second Medical Opinion:

If you're facing a diagnosis of a rare disease, a complex surgery, or an invasive treatment plan, we strongly recommend seeking a second medical opinion. This is a simple yet powerful way to ensure the quality and appropriateness of the care you receive, while also helping prevent fraudulent claims. To access our service, simply contact us.


By following the above steps you play a vital role in helping prevent fraud and ensuring that resources are directed where they are most needed.
