Getting Treatment

Emergency

If you’re facing an emergency, your priority is to seek treatment right away. Afterward, you, your physician, or a dependent should call our Helpline within 48 hours.

Scheduled treatment

First, check whether your planned treatment is covered in your Table of Benefits or contact our Helpline for guidance.
If your treatment requires hospitalisation, you may need pre-authorisation. This allows us to arrange direct payment with your medical provider wherever possible.

How to claim

For day to day care such as doctor consultations, just pay the bill and get an invoice that lists your name, treatment date(s), diagnosis or medical condition, date of symptom onset, details of the treatment, and a full breakdown of costs.
Upload the invoice through the MyHealth app or portal, and we’ll reimburse your eligible expenses.

Telehealth Services

Most out-patient plans include access to medical advice, treatment recommendations and, prescriptions - all from the comfort of home. Your Telehealth Hub connects you with a medical professional within minutes, through MyHealth in the Health Assistant section.

Second Medical Opinion

Are you unsure about a particular diagnosis or a surgery that has been recommended for you? To get expert help from our medical team, simply call our 24/7 Helpline and ask for the Second Medical Opinion service.

Personal Oncology Support

We understand that a cancer diagnosis can feel overwhelming. We’re here to support you every step of the way. As part of your cover, you have access to our Cancer Support Hub, where you’ll find clear next steps, practical tools, and guidance to help you navigate your diagnosis. Your cover also includes a dedicated case manager to support and assist you throughout your treatment journey.
