Your right to withdraw

Individual members may withdraw from their policy within 30 days of purchasing it through our digital customer journey or within 30 days of the provision of the IPID and the Policy Information Notice, whichever is later. If you choose to withdraw from your policy within this period, you will be entitled to a full refund of the premium paid for the insurance year or period, provided no claims have been made.
