The content listed below is not accessible for the following reason: non-compliance with the EN 301 549 as follows: 

• Requirement 9.1.1.1 - Non-text elements (images, icons, controls, multimedia, etc.) are missing text alternatives, which prevents screen readers and other assistive technologies from conveying their meaning.
• Requirement 9.1.2.1 - Audio-only or video-only content lacks a transcript or alternative text, leaving users who cannot see or hear the content with an incomplete experience.
• Requirement 9.1.2.3 - Video content that relies on visual information fails to include audio descriptions or an equivalent text alternative, disadvantaging users with visual impairments.
• Requirement 9.1.2.5 - Pre-recorded video content does not provide an audio description track to convey essential visual details, impacting users who rely on auditory cues for visual context.
• Requirement 9.1.3.1 - The structural and semantic information (such as headings, lists, and relationships between content elements) isn’t programmatically determinable, making it difficult for assistive technologies to interpret the page accurately.
• Requirement 9.1.4.1 - Essential information and instructions are conveyed solely by using color cues, which can be problematic for people with color blindness or other visual impairments.
• Requirement 9.1.4.3 - Text and images of text do not meet the minimum contrast ratios with their backgrounds, reducing readability, especially for users with low vision. 
• Requirement 9.2.4.1 - There is no efficient method for users to bypass repetitive blocks of content (like navigation menus), forcing them to review the same content on every new page. 
• Requirement 9.2.4.3 - The interactive elements on a page do not follow a logical, intuitive order during keyboard navigation, which can lead to confusion and errors. 
• Requirement 9.2.4.4 - Hyperlinks do not clearly indicate their destination or function through either their text or context, making it difficult for users to determine where the link will take them. 
• Requirement 9.2.4.6 - Pages and forms lack clear, well-structured headings and labels, reducing the ability of users to quickly scan or understand the content’s organization. 
• Requirement 9.2.4.7 - When users navigate via keyboard, the current focus is not clearly visible, which affects orientation and usability for those unable to see a mouse pointer. 
• Requirement 9.2.5.3 - The accessible name (used by assistive technologies) for interactive controls does not match the visible label, resulting in inconsistencies that can confuse users. 
• Requirement 9.3.3.2 - Essential instructions and labels for form fields or interactive components are missing or unclear, which increases the likelihood of user mistakes. 
• Requirement 9.3.3.3 - The system does not offer corrective suggestions or guidance after an error is detected, hindering users from easily rectifying their mistakes. 
• Requirement 9.4.1.2 - User interface elements lack clearly defined accessible names, roles, and dynamic properties, which hinders their proper operation with assistive tools.
