Download the app and use your login details to sign in on your mobile. From the app you will be able to call an EAP advisor with just one tap, anytime, anywhere.

The Expat Assistance Programme is provided by third party provider(s) outside the Allianz group. If included in your plan,  these services will show in your Table of Benefits. These services are made available to you subject to your acceptance of the terms and conditions of your policy and the terms and conditions of TELUS Health and they may be subject to geographical restrictions. The TELUS Health One App does not provide medical or health advice and the wellness resources contained within the app are for informational purposes only and it shouldn’t  be regarded as a substitute for professional advice (medical, physical or psychological).
