With decades of experience in the field, we know that moving to a new country can be a challenging time for you and your family. That's why we provide you with an Expat Assistance Programme (EAP).

Designed to help you with all of life’s questions, issues and concerns, the service is delivered by professionals who provide multilingual and confidential support for mental, financial, physical and emotional wellbeing. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.

Adjusting to a new environment and culture can be exciting and daunting at the same time.

With our EAP, you can be reassured that no matter what life throws at you, you can get support. Through our new welbeing platform, you have access to a range of services, including:

pre and post-natal care
Support from specialists in financial and legal, child care and elder care, future  planning and debt support, retirement and more
maternity pilates
 Receive bite-sized content such as blogs, articles, book excerpts, and more, written by leading wellness industry experts and bestselling authors
breastfeeding consultation
Your wellbeing support on the go. Listen to podcasts and get tips on topics such as time management, happiness, health and more

Download the app and use your login details to sign in on your mobile. From the app you will be able to call an EAP advisor with just one tap, anytime, anywhere.
