"I started working in Allianz in 2014 as a Claims Officer. Strangely, I ended up working in insurance despite being an aerospace engineer by education!

I was always facinated by the big machine behind the claim I was handling, curious to understand how things work and interested in how to make them better. I remember mentioning at my very first 1-2-1 meeting that in 5 years I saw myself in a position where I can improve how the whole company works. I obtained a sponsorship for a Project Management diploma and I took part in several job shadowing opportunities, which eventually, led me to one in Organisational Management in October 2016. As a Business Analyst I support the delivery of strategic initiatives for International Health by understanding the business needs, designing processes and fit-for-purpose solutions that ensure value for the end user. Truly an exciting career."
