The contract offers death and disability coverage. The death benefit can be a fixed amount or the remaining balance of a mortgage loan. The disability benefit is payable in case of total and permanent disability.

The insured capital amount can be chosen freely by the principal insured and their dependents, with a maximum limit of 500,000 Euros for fixed capital. For mortgage loans, the insured capital can be adjusted annually or every five years based on the remaining loan balance.

Exclusions include consequences of nuclear disintegration, war, civil unrest, and acts of terrorism, unless the insured was not actively involved. The insurer may also modify coverage for specific territories with prior notice.

In case of death, the required documents include the insurance certificate, death certificate, medical certificate, and beneficiary designation. For total and permanent disability, a medical report confirming the disability is required.

Cover is automatically renewed until the insured member reach 67 years old as long as premiums are paid.
The Life cover can be extended beyond the age of 67 years old, subject to sending a notification to the insurer [x months] prior to the 67th birthday and the completion of the medical underwritting.
If premiums are not paid within one month of their due date, the guarantees are suspended, and the membership may be terminated 30 days after a formal notice is sent by the insurer.
