Inaugural Queen’s University Management School award presented to global health insurer.
Allianz Worldwide Care received the inaugural Employer Recognition Award from Queen’s University Management School for demonstrating outstanding commitment to student training and mentoring. The Employer Recognition Awards, which are overseen by a judging panel from Queen’s University, give placed students the opportunity to formally recognise the support they receive from their employer.
Allianz Worldwide Care was chosen from a large group of actuarial employers in the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe who offer year-long placements to students.
One nominating student said: “What is exceptional about Allianz Worldwide Care is the company culture. Allianz Worldwide Care certainly delivered on their promise of an invaluable placement experience”.
Claire Cusack, Head of Human Resource at Allianz Worldwide Care said:
Cusack added, “It’s also critical that we share with them the ethos and values of the company. Ultimately this is what enables us to deliver a market leading service to our clients”.
