Board of Management

The Board of Management is accountable for our long term success and is made up of leaders of Allianz Partners.  Read more about each of our Board Members below.

On July 1st 2022, Tomas Kunzmann is appointed Chief Executive Officer of Allianz Partners after almost two years as CEO Mobility and Assistance and member of Allianz Partners’ Board of Management.

Tomas joined the Allianz Group in 2009, holding various positions at Allianz Private Krankenversicherung (APKV), including the Head of Health Underwriting.

In 2013, he joined Allianz’ German sales organization (ABV) as Sales Manager before heading up the Regional Branch Offices in Ingolstadt and then Kempten. In 2017, Tomas joined Allianz SE as Executive Assistant to the CEO and then held the role of Interim Head of the CEO Office.

Ida Luka-Lognoné

Ida Luka-Lognoné is the CEO of Health global line of business at Allianz Partners. Prior to this appointment in 2015, Ida held multiple senior executive board positions in Allianz companies in EMEA and APAC regions.

Allianz Partners is part of the Allianz Group, which serves more than 126 million customers in over 70 countries.

A Polish and French citizen, Ida holds a Masters degree from Krakow University and Paris Inalco, and completed Executive Programs of INSEAD. She is a sponsor of Allianz NEO, the Allianz global network that focus on gender inclusion. In recognition of her professional achievements and contribution to the French economy, Ida Luka-Lognoné was awarded the French Legion d'Honneur.

Dan Assouline
Dan Assouline was appointed as Chief Markets Officer in October 2019. He joined the board of Allianz Partners in 2016 as Regional CEO France & South Europe and Chief Market & Digital Officer. Prior to that, he was the president and CEO of Mondial Assistance France from April 2012 to April 2016. From 1998 to 2012, he was the CEO of Allianz Assistance Brazil. From 2008 to 2012, he also held the position of Regional Director for Latin America and successfully led Allianz Assistance operations in the Americas zone. Dan initially went to Brazil in 1993 as Director of Operations for Mercosul Assistance, which the Group acquired in 1998. Prior to joining the group, he spent 8 years at GMF Assistance International as Director of Information Systems. Dan earned a Master's degree from the University of Paris-Dauphine, and also completed two Senior Executive Programmes – one at the University of Pennsylvania and the other at INSEAD.

Jean-Marc Pailhol
Jean-Marc Pailhol was appointed Chief Global Strategic Partnerships and member of the Board of Allianz Partners in January 2020. He joined the Allianz Group in 2009 and held positions such as Head of Distribution Unit and SME/Midcorp/Corporate Business (Allianz France) and Head of Group Market Management & Distribution (Allianz SE). Jean-Marc Pailhol began his career in IT and Banking.  He holds a Master’s degree in Private Law and Political Sciences and an MBA from the ESSEC Business School.
Philipp Kroetz
Laurent Floquet was appointed Chief Transformation Officer and Member of the Board of Management of Allianz Partners in January 2022. Laurent first joined the Allianz Group in 2014 as Head of Business development for Allianz Technology. Starting 2016, he was Chief Sales Officer for the Assistance Business at Allianz Partners, leading the sales organization in addition to the development of Global Accounts for Assistance. Laurent has led the North Central and Eastern European (NCEE) markets since 2019 as Regional CEO. Prior to joining the Allianz Group, Laurent spent over 10 years at Accenture as a Partner. He holds an MBA from E.M. Lyon. 
Damien Ladous
In August 2020, Damien Ladous was appointed Chief Financial Officer and member of Allianz Partners’ Board of Management. Damien joined Allianz France in 2006 where he started in M&A / Corporate Finance before moving to Controlling in 2011. He then joined Allianz SE in 2012 to work on Controlling and Capital Management activities, before moving in 2015 into the Strategy and Portfolio Management team. Since 2018 he has headed the Planning & Controlling function at Allianz France.
