Chief Executive Officer at Allianz Partners
In April 2019, Sirma Boshnakova was appointed CEO of Allianz Partners following 4 years at Allianz SE as Executive Vice President / Head of Business Division for Southern and Western Europe. Prior to this, she served as Board Chairman of a Health and Life Insurance company and CEO of non-life Insurance Group of companies. Sirma has also worked as COO and Executive VP Sales within the insurance sector, having begun her career in a Consultancy group. Sirma holds both a Masters and a Ph.D in Economics from Moscow State Institute of International Affairs (MGIMO).
CEO of International Health at Allianz Partners
In 2020 Ida Luka-Lognoné was appointed CEO of Travel in addition to International Health after joining the Board of Allianz Partners in 2014 as Head of Strategy, Innovation and Market Management. Having joined Elvia Travel Insurance Group in 1992, she was appointed Director of Business Development for Central and Eastern Europe in 1996. She became Director of the European Region for Mondial Assistance Group in 2000, and a Member of its Executive Committee in 2002, in charge of EMEA and in 2007 of APAC. Ida graduated from Cracow Jagiellonian University, Inalco in France and completed Executive Programs of INSEAD.
Chief Markets Officer at Allianz Partners
Dan Assouline was appointed as Chief Markets Officer in October 2019. He joined the board of Allianz Partners in 2016 as Regional CEO France & South Europe and Chief Market & Digital Officer. Prior to that, he was the president and CEO of Mondial Assistance France from April 2012 to April 2016. From 1998 to 2012, he was the CEO of Allianz Assistance Brazil. From 2008 to 2012, he also held the position of Regional Director for Latin America and successfully led Allianz Assistance operations in the Americas zone. Dan initially went to Brazil in 1993 as Director of Operations for Mercosul Assistance, which the Group acquired in 1998. Prior to joining the group, he spent 8 years at GMF Assistance International as Director of Information Systems. Dan earned a Master's degree from the University of Paris-Dauphine, and also completed two Senior Executive Programmes – one at the University of Pennsylvania and the other at INSEAD.
Chief Global Strategic Partnerships Officer at Allianz Partners
Jean-Marc Pailhol was appointed Chief Global Strategic Partnerships and member of the Board of Allianz Partners in January 2020. He joined the Allianz Group in 2009 and held positions such as Head of Distribution Unit and SME/Midcorp/Corporate Business (Allianz France) and Head of Group Market Management & Distribution (Allianz SE). Jean-Marc Pailhol began his career in IT and Banking. He holds a Master’s degree in Private Law and Political Sciences and an MBA from the ESSEC Business School.
Member of the Board and Chief Transformation Officer at Allianz Partners
Philipp Kroetz was appointed Chief Transformation Officer and member of Allianz Partners’ Board of Management in January 2021. He first joined Allianz in 2011 as Chief Sales Officer and Member of the Management Board of Allianz Automotive, before becoming Chief Underwriting Officer for Specialty Lines and Germany at Allianz Partners in 2014. In 2016, Philipp became CEO of German-speaking countries and the SEE region, before being appointed Global Head of “Allianz Customer Model” and Member of the Executive Committee in 2019, responsible for the standardization and harmonization of all products and processes. Prior to joining Allianz, Philipp was Associate Partner at McKinsey. He holds an MSc, Finance and Accounting, from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Chief Financial Officer at Allianz Partners
In August 2020, Damien Ladous was appointed Chief Financial Officer and member of Allianz Partners’ Board of Management. Damien joined Allianz France in 2006 where he started in M&A / Corporate Finance before moving to Controlling in 2011. He then joined Allianz SE in 2012 to work on Controlling and Capital Management activities, before moving in 2015 into the Strategy and Portfolio Management team. Since 2018 he has headed the Planning & Controlling function at Allianz France.
