manager services

As part of your cover, you have access to our Personal Oncology Case Manager services. A dedicated case manager, a healthcare professional from our own Medical Team, will guide and assist you through your treatment.

Your case manager will act as a dedicated point of contact. They will help you to understand your cover; contacting you regularly to check how your treatment is going and proactively look after administration in advance of your next treatment. 

Discuss your case personally and be the point of contact for all updates.
If you’d rather not discuss your case personally, you can still avail of our case management services by appointing a designated person on your behalf.
We understand that a cancer diagnosis can be a worrying and difficult time for you and your loved ones.
