Personal oncology case
manager services

As part of your cover, you have access to our Personal Oncology Case Manager services. A dedicated case manager, a healthcare professional from our own Medical Team, will guide and assist you through your treatment.

The purpose of this service is to assist you with potential medical queries you may have related to your treatment, help you understand your level of cover and guide you through our processes to help you understand how best to avail of our services. In addition, the dedicated point of contact can offer guidance or assistance on auxiliary treatments you may require either before, during or after your cancer treatment. Our aim is to make your journey as seamless as possible and proactively look after the administration of your next treatment.

Availing of our oncology case management services personally

Discuss your case personally and be the point of contact for all updates.

Appointing a designated person on your behalf

If you’d rather not discuss your case personally, you can still avail of our case management services by appointing a designated person on your behalf.

We understand that a cancer diagnosis can be a worrying and difficult time for you and your loved ones. As your health partner we want to support you during these times, regardless of the type of cancer or what stage of your journey you contact us. Our inclusive plans include cover for in-patient, day-care and out-patient oncology treatment.
