With the GlobalPass group international health insurance, you have the freedom to choose from three areas of cover:
1. Worldwide
2. Worldwide excluding USA, Hong Kong, China, Canada, Singapore, Switzerland, UK and Brazil
3. Latin America and the Caribbean cover (applicable to these two regions only).

Your cover is also subject to:
- Policy definitions and exclusions
- Any special conditions shown on your Insurance Certificate (and on the Special Condition Form issued before the policy comes into effect, where relevant).
- Any policy endorsements, policy terms and conditions and any other legal requirements.
- Costs being reasonable and customary in accordance with country of treatment, standard and generally accepted medical procedures.
If we consider a claim to be inappropriate, we reserve the right to decline or reduce the amount we pay.
Sanctions suspension clause:
Any benefits, cover, and claims payments are suspended if any element of the cover, benefit, activity, business, or underlying business exposes us to:
- any applicable sanction, prohibition or restriction under the United Nations’ resolutions, or
- the trade or economic sanctions, laws or regulations of Canada, the European Union, United Kingdom, or United States of America.
The above suspension will continue until such time as we are no longer exposed to any such sanction, prohibition, or restriction.

How many staff do I need to offer group terms?
Group terms can be offered when there are three or more staff members. For groups wishing to get a quote for international health insurance, please visit our Employer area or contact our Sales Support Team who will be happy to provide you with a quote based on your requirements.
Can I offer different levels of cover within a group?
Generally, all insured members within an international healthcare group will have the same level of cover. However, for larger groups, we are able to accommodate different levels of cover through the creation of sub-groups. For further information, please contact our Sales Support Team.
What countries do you offer coverage in?
We offer coverage and support for most countries around the world with certain locations supported via specific regional plans. For specific group coverage queries, please contact our Sales Team, and they will be happy to assist you.
