Orient Terms and Conditions:

Validity of the promotion

  • Offer valid from the 12th of January 2026 to the 11th February 2026 (the Promotional Period).
  • The offer will apply to Orient Insurance PJSC (powered by Allianz) plans for Dubai. This offer applies to all our individual products, except for SELECT, and is valid for policies purchased between 12/01/2026 and 11/02/2026.
  • The policies must be quoted and incepted during the Promotional Period to be valid.


Who is eligible for the promotion?

  • The promotion is open to all new policyholders aged 18 years or over.

What is the Promotion?

  • The 10% discount applies to the applicable premium of the policy and includes every renewal for as long as the policy remains in place under the same plan and terms without a break in cover, subject to plan availability and policy terms and conditions.
  • The premium may go up each year (for example due to factors like medical inflation or ages of the members under the policy) but the 10% discount will still apply and be discounted off each year's premium.
  • The Promotion applies to all members under the policy.


How to access the Promotion?

  • Only one discount can be used per policy.
  • This Promotion cannot be applied in conjunction with any other promotion or discount that may be available for the Dubai plans in the future.


Other important information:

  • The Promotion does not guarantee renewability of your policy and is subject to plan availability and policy terms and conditions.  
  • If the policyholder cancels their policy within the first 60 days without reasonable cause, they are no longer eligible for the Promotion.

  • We reserve the right to change or cancel this Promotion at any time in the future.
  • Our decision in respect of all matters to do with this Promotion shall be final.
  • The promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by United Arab Emirates (UAE) law and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Arab Emirates.
