Allianz Worldwide Care scoops Excellence in Digitalisation prize at Global Innovation Awards in Munich

April 28, 2015

Judges felt that MyHealth passed the assessment criteria with flying colours.  The criteria included providing outstanding value for both the customer and the company as well as promoting and delivering high quality and efficiency.

Winning this award is recognition of the hard work and dedication of all those from across the business who worked to bring MyHealth from concept to reality.  Since its launch in August 2014 the MyHealth app has received very positive feedback from members and clients alike, examples of which are below.
Allianz Worldwide Care’s MyHealth app is incredibly useful. As my family and I are often travelling, it is vital to have the reassurance of the immediate ability to find a clinician, wherever we are in the world. The app also makes it very straightforward to access what we need, submit a claim quickly, and importantly, to be able to follow how the claim is being processed. It has made dealing with situations, when on the move with our young family, much easier and stress-free. I highly recommend the Allianz MyHealth Mobile App”. Steve Borthwick, member.
‘..when Allianz Worldwide Care introduced their MyHealth app for our students I was immediately impressed by the initiative and the quality of the services provided by the app.’ Peter Cross, group scheme manage.

Now in its 9th year, the Global Innovation Awards endeavour to recognise innovation by Allianz OEs in three categories; Excellence in Digitalisation, Excellence in Global/Local Collaboration and Excellence in Employee Business. This is not our first taste of success at the Global Innovation Awards. In 2014 Allianz Worldwide Care took the award for Excellence in Employee Engagement in acknowledgement of HR’s impressive Health & Wellbeing Programme.
