We are proud of our long-standing partnership with AHRMIO (The Association for Human Resources Management in International Organizations), and providing support in a variety of ways; one of which is providing market leadership knowledge and expertise to the AHRMIO Annual Conference by organising speakers for the event, who are either internal or external to Allianz Partners. In this way, we bring to life our common commitment to deliver excellence, innovation, and value to international organisations.

Our focus is on providing customer-driven solutions, and redefining insurance services by delivering future-ready, high-tech, high-touch products and solutions that go beyond traditional insurance. This aligns perfectly with AHRMIO’s mission to empower HR professionals to drive sustainable and impactful change.

This year, we were excited to join forces with Amelia Kallman, Leading London Futurist, Speaker, and Author, who addressed the 2024 AHRMIO Annual Conference, which was held in Rome at the end of October at the headquarters of the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO).

Amelia enlightened and inspired attendees with her extensive research and insights on Artificial Intelligence (AI), and its potential impact on the future of business and our lives. In her keynote speech, "AI & Us: The Future of HR", Amelia shared her latest research and insights into the impact of AI on mental health, the environment and sustainability, and on the future of work, leadership and HR.

As technology continues to evolve at a rapid pace, the role of HR professionals and leaders becomes increasingly pivotal. We face new challenges and opportunities in integrating AI into our workplaces. This year’s conference theme, “Empowering People, Humanising AI, and Imagining Possibilities”, explored the exciting possibilities at the intersection of AI and human potential, focusing on how we can innovate while maintaining our humanity.

Amelia’s vision for the future of HR is one that integrates AI responsibly while emphasising its impact on our mental health, the environment and sustainability. Some of the key insights from Amelia’s keynote at AHRMIO included:

  • How AI will enable us to create more personalised and adaptive employee services, products, and experiences. We are moving into an age where we are going to have to constantly reskill and upskill. Because of the pace of the technology, this will have to be integrated into our companies and systems across the board.
  • How we can expect to see AI expand from personal use into project and team management in 2025. The technology can become really useful when it comes to team management and project management, in that it can become an assistant to a human, and help accelerate and speed things along.
  • Not only will we have a 360° view of an employee’s unique motivations, work style, and talents, with AI tools we’ll also have a 360° view of entire teams, branches, organisations, and industries. This will empower us to become workforce architects, and we will be able to optimise and design the most effective, dynamic, diverse, and high-achieving workforce possible. And in the age of AI, this will become the ultimate differentiator.

By leveraging AHRMIO’s vast network of HR professionals and thought leaders, and our expertise in international employee benefits tailored to the specific needs of international organisations (IGOs NGOs and Governmental Organisations), Allianz Partners can help drive innovation, transformation and positive change across a wide range of sectors and industries.

Through our collaboration with AHRMIO, we will continue to share knowledge and expertise, and to create new and innovative AI opportunities, all aimed at shaping a brighter future for humanity and technology.
