These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the F1 Madrid Grand Prix 2026 Draw. By entering the draw, participants agree to be bound by the following rules and eligibility criteria.
The promoter of this Prize Draw is The Insurer of the entrant’s active health insurance policy, herein after referred to as “The Promoter” . The Promoter is AWP P&C SA for UK and AWP Health & Life SA for all other countries.
1. The Prize Draw
1.1 This is a random prize draw (the "Prize Draw"), and there will be one winner selected.
1.2. The winner will receive one prize package consisting of*:
a) Two (2) Tickets (one for the winner and one for their guest) to the F1 Madrid Grand Prix 2026 from 11th to 13th September 2026. The supplier of the tickets is www.global-tickets.com The expected ticket shipment will be on 28th August 2026*.
b) Two (2) Nights’ Accommodation at The Social Hub Madrid Hotel for the winner and one guest in a double room**.
c) Breakfast for two people on both mornings. Check-in is on 11th September 2026, and check-out is on 13th September 2026.
d) Return transfer to and from The Social Hub Madrid and the F1 Madrid Circuit on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September 2026.
e) Flights and/or alternative transport to and from Madrid are explicitly NOT included in the prize***.
1.3. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash equivalent is available.
2. Eligibility and Entry
2.1. Entry to the Prize Draw is open only to existing Allianz Partners Health customers. You must hold an active Allianz Partners International Health Insurance Policy at the time of entry, at the time the winner is selected, and at the time of the event (September 2026). If a policy is cancelled or not renewed during this period, the winner will forfeit the prize.
2.2. Entrants and guests must be over 18 years of age at the time of entry.
2.3. Entry to the Prize Draw itself is free, and no monetary payment is required to submit and entry form. Entry is gained by clicking “Enter Now” on the email, completing the
form with your full name, email address, contact number, and your active policy number, and answering the trivial prize draw question.
2.4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Anyone found to be using multiple accounts to enter will be deemed ineligible.
2.5. Employees of The Promoter, its agents, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2.6. If you are a Public Official or a Politically Exposed Person (PEP), you are responsible for ensuring that acceptance of the Prize complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The Promoter accepts no liability for any breach of such obligations.
2.7. The closing date for entries is 23:59 GMT+1 on 28th July 2026.
3. Winner Selection and Notification
3.1. The Promoter will randomly select the winner from all valid entries on 29th July 2026.
3.2. The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner on 29th July 2026, using the contact details provided.
3.3. If the winner cannot be reached, The Promoter will leave a message. The winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize before 12:00 pm GMT+1 on Friday, 31st July 2026.
3.4. If the initial winner does not respond by this deadline or is unable to accept the prize for any reason, they will forfeit all rights to the prize. An alternative winner will then be selected at random, and the same notification process and deadlines will apply.
3.5. The prize will be delivered digitally to the winner via email.
4. Publicity and Data Protection
4.1. By clicking "I Accept the T&C" and entering the Prize Draw, the Entrant confirms their voluntary participation and acknowledges that The Promoter will process their personal data solely for the administration of the Prize Draw. No personal information, including name, location, or image, will be published or disclosed publicly in connection with the winner announcement.
4.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with The Promoter’s Privacy Statement and applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR and UK GDPR.

5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The Promoter does not accept any liability for any entries lost, damaged, or delayed due to error in transit or technical/network failure.
5.2. Force Majeure: The Promoter will not be liable for any failure or delay that is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, riot, acts of terrorism, epidemic, pandemic (including the Covid-19 pandemic), natural catastrophes, or the cancellation/postponement of the event itself.
5.3. In the event of event cancellation or postponement due to Force Majeure, The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value or to terminate the Prize Draw without further liability.
5.4. Crucial Exclusion: Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude The Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by Irish law.
5.5. The Promoter will not be responsible for any act, omission, or default of any third-party supplier (e.g., the hotel or airline).
5.6. Tax Liability: Any and all taxes or duties associated with the prize (including but not limited to income tax liability, if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any such tax implications.
6. General Conditions
6.1. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Prize Draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time for valid technical, legal, or commercial reasons. The Promoter will provide reasonable prior notice of any material amendments where possible.
6.2. The Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner if it believes any winner has contravened these Terms and Conditions.
6.3. By entering, the entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
6.4. Governing Law: This Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are governed by the law of the jurisdiction from which the entrant’s policy was issued.
6.5 The decision of The Promoter in the event of any dispute shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
