All soft copy membership packs have the same validity as hard copies, and include:

  • Welcome letter
  • Employee Benefit Guide
  • Claim Form
  • Treatment Guarantee Form
  • Membership Card
  • Digital services access instructions
  • Insurance Certificate
  • Table of Benefits
The speed of issue to brokers and members is almost instant.

There are a number of options for corporate groups to choose from:

New business options

  1. Documents can be viewed/downloaded via Online Services and a soft copy membership card (“e-card”) is issued via email
  2. Documents can be viewed/downloaded via Online Services and a plastic membership card is posted
  3. Documents and an e-card are issued via email
  4. Documents are issued via email and a plastic membership card is posted

Renewal options

  1. Documents can be viewed/downloaded via Online Services
  2. Documents are issued via email
In both cases the originally issued membership card or e-card remains valid.
