Allianz Partners Launch a New Range of International Health Insurance Plans for Individual Customers and Their Families
New 'Care' Plans Offer Simplified Experience and Comprehensive Coverage.
Today, the Health line of Allianz Partners unveiled a new range of international health insurance plans for individuals and families, offered as part of its Care line, exclusively available for new business.
The new suite of products is designed for those spending 12 months or more away from their home country, including expatriates, students, digital nomads, professionals and families living or working abroad. It comprises three core offerings: Base, Enhanced, and Signature, each providing a standard set of benefits with inpatient care as a fundamental component.
Primarily applicable to the EU and UK markets, the plans are tailored to meet the needs of international members within these regions. The revamped structure delivers a simplified and seamless customer experience, helping members navigate options while easily understanding and selecting additional features. The new Care Plans have been thoughtfully designed to offer comprehensive coverage for individuals and families away from home, foster proactive health management, and deliver generous outpatient benefits, ensuring members receive high-quality care that meets their needs.
Optional add-ons, such as outpatient services and dental care, are available, allowing customers to tailor coverage to their specific healthcare needs.
Key features of the new Core plans include:
- All plans include private room hospital accommodation,
- Medical Repatriation benefits are embedded in all plans,
- Maternity is a standard offering in Enhanced and Signature core plans, with a 12-month waiting period,
- Bariatric surgery is embedded in Enhanced and Signature plans with a 24-month waiting period,
- New geographical area of cover option: Europe.
Key features of the new Out-patient (optional) plans include:
- Cancer screenings available with all plans,
- No waiting periods for out-patient psychiatry and psychotherapy,
- HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) covered on all plans
- Sleep apnoea included on Enhanced and Signature plans,
- Health & wellbeing checks covered on all plans.
New offerings for other regions, including Dubai and APAC, will follow, ensuring the Care plans continue to meet the diverse needs of global members across key locations.
